By downloading and installing or otherwise using the mobile application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this mobile end user license agreement but also you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this privacy policy.

The  Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the application. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible when you start the first time the application Z-Station or Z-station Server unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

The Mobile Application does not collect or send any data to our servers that could identify you personally as described in our "information collection and use" policy.

 

 

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our app and if she crash crash we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to device id. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Application, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

The app collects App Install ID (Device ID) to enable licensing. The App Install ID is auto-generated and it is not tied to your physical device.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

License

This license granted to you for the Mobile Application by Z-Paradise SAS is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Mobile Application on any Android device that you own or control.

This license does not allow you to use the Mobile Application on any Android device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the Mobile Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense or otherwise transfer in whole or in part the Mobile Application to another party.

You may not create, develop, license, install, use, or deploy any third party software or services to circumvent, enable, modify or provide access, permissions or rights to work around any technical limitations in the Mobile Application and these terms.

You may not copy (except as expressly permitted by this license) or publish the Mobile Application for others to copy, decompile, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Mobile Application, any updates, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of any open sourced components included with the Mobile Application).

Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of Z-Paradise SAS and its licensors. If you breach this restriction, you may be subject to prosecution and damages. You may not use the Mobile Application in any way that is against the law.

The terms of the license will govern any upgrades provided by Z-PARADISE SAS that replace and/or supplement the original Mobile Application, unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate license in which case the terms of that license will govern.

 

 

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

The Service installed does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.The user must do everything possible to protect his mobile network. Z-paradise can not be responsible in anycase in the case of hacking of the mobile network due to the device where Z-Station or Z-Station Server has been installed

 

 

Services Support

Maintenance and support services of the Mobile Application are provided with no guarantee of result.

 

 

Absence of Warranties

you expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the mobile application is at your sole risk and that the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you. to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the mobile application and any services performed or provided by the mobile application are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, and z-paradise sas hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the mobile application and any services, either express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, of satisfactory quality, of fitness for a particular purpose, of accuracy, of quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third party rights. z-paradise sas does not warrant against interference with your enjoyment of the mobile application, that the functions contained in, or services performed or provided by, the mobile application will meet your requirements, that the operation of the mobile application or services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the mobile application or services will be corrected. no oral or written information or advice given by z-paradise sas or its authorized representative shall create a warranty. should the mobile application or services prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

 

 

Disclaimer

In no case shall Z-Paradise SAS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Application, including, but not limited to, any errors or omisions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use the Application, even if advised of their possibility.

 

 Changes

Z-Paradise SAS reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to update, revise, supplement, and otherwise modify this Agreement and to impose new or additional rules, policies, terms, or conditions on your use of the Mobile Application. Such updates, revisions, supplements, modifications, and additional rules, policies, terms, and conditions (collectively referred to in this Agreement as "Additional Terms") will be effective immediately and incorporated into this Agreement. Your continued use of the Mobile Application following will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any and all such Additional Terms. All Additional Terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

 

 

Governing Law

This Agreement and the use of the Mobile Application are governed by French law.
